1. Scope of Services:

• Computronix provides computer repair services encompassing software troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, virus removal, data recovery, and hardware replacement.

• All services rendered are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Service Limitations:

• While Computronix strives to repair your computer effectively, there may be instances where repair is unfeasible due to irreparable damage or factors beyond our control.

• In such cases, we will inform you of the situation and explore available alternatives.

3. Data Protection:

• We prioritize the confidentiality and security of your data. During repairs, we will take reasonable measures to protect your personal and sensitive information.

• However, Computronix cannot be held liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

• It is advisable to back up your data before availing our services.

4. Service Warranty:

• Our services are accompanied by a 60-Day warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Should any issues arise within the warranty period, Computronix will rectify them at no additional cost to you.

5. Payment Terms:

• Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

• Invoices not settled within 3 days will incur late fees.

6. Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the computer's issues and disclosing any relevant history or prior repairs.

• It is the customer's responsibility to back up their data before service and to provide any necessary software licenses or installation media.

7. Liability Limitations:

• Computronix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damage to other equipment.

8. Termination of Service:

• Computronix reserves the right to refuse service to individuals for any reason. We also retain the right to terminate service if a customer fails to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement or engages in abusive behavior towards our staff.

9. Governing Law:

• This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Canadian Provincial & Federal Government.

• Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in local courts in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Provincial & Federal Government.

10. Engagement:

• By engaging Computronix' services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
